And it’s deadly – a few grains worth is enough to kill you. Or your loved ones.
While it has legitimate medical uses, fentanyl has flooded the illicit drug supply and caused an epidemic of overdose deaths.
Any pill or powder you get on the street or at a party can have fentanyl in it.
